Privacy Policy

Privacy isn’t a feature. It’s the foundation. Here’s exactly how we handle your information.

Overview

Our commitment

We On Our Own LLC (“WOOO,” “we,” “us”) builds preparedness architectures that depend on sensitive details about your household, organization, location, and vulnerabilities. We treat that information the way we’d want ours treated — locked down, never sold, and shared with no one. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

Information we gather

How We Use It

Why we collect it

We use your information solely to build and deliver your preparedness plan, process your payment, respond to your questions, and send you updates related to a plan you purchased. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Disclosure

We do not sell your data

We keep no public client rosters. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not publish client lists or reference anyone we work with. We share information only with the service providers required to operate — such as our payment processor and encrypted-delivery tools — and only to the extent needed, or when required by law.

Security

How we protect it

Your Choices

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email weonourown1@proton.me. We honor verified requests promptly.

We retain information only as long as needed to deliver and support your plan, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.

Cookies

Cookies & tracking

We use first-party browser storage to assign a random session identifier and retain campaign attribution during your visit. Conversion events are stored by WOOO on Netlify and are not used to build a cross-site advertising profile. Stripe checkout links receive the same random reference so completed purchases can be matched to their originating campaign. You can disable browser storage without losing access to core information on this site.

Updates

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here.

Questions about your privacy?

The first rule of readiness is silence — and we hold to it. If you have any question about how your information is handled, reach out directly.
